What MadeBySmall is today

MadeBySmall is a free website that (1) collects custom-product project requests from customers and (2) collects applications from independent small businesses interested in joining our network. Our team manually reviews submissions and works to connect customers with businesses. MadeBySmall is not currently a marketplace, and we do not process payments, guarantee matches, or act as a party to any agreement between a customer and a business.

Submitting a project

Submitting a project is free and does not obligate you to work with any business we introduce you to. Any pricing, timeline, or production details are agreed directly between you and the business — MadeBySmall is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee outcomes, quality, or delivery.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and files you submit, and for having the rights to any artwork, logos, or images you upload.

Joining the business network

Joining the MadeBySmall network is free during our early launch. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, leads, or any minimum amount of business. We do not promise a specific number of opportunities or any level of revenue.

Acceptable use

Don't use MadeBySmall to submit fraudulent, illegal, or abusive content, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to disrupt or bypass the security of the site (including our bot-protection and file-upload safeguards).

No guarantees

MadeBySmall is provided "as is." We do our best to find good matches, but we don't guarantee that any project will be matched, that any match will result in a completed order, or that any business in our network will meet your expectations.

Changes

We may update these terms as MadeBySmall evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
